Any comfortable clothing that allows for movement. Grip socks are recommended but not required. Socks are available for sale in the shop.

Sessions are intentional, supportive, and detail-oriented. Expect thoughtful guidance, hands-on cueing, and a focus on how your individual body moves and feels.

Introductory offers are available for first timers! We also have membership options that are a great way to get the best rate per session.
We do offer 10% off al pricing options for active and retired military, students, educators and first responders. Email us for more information!

We ask that you please leave cell phones with your belongings for the duration of class, unless they are needed for medical or personal needs.

We have a 12 hour cancellation window. Cancellations within 12 hours of class are subject to a late cancel free of $20. Failure to show for class is also subject to a $20 fee. Your credit will be returned to your account for future use.

We are located in the upstairs unit and ask that you arrive on time so we can lock the doors before class begins.
To ensure safety and minimize disruptions to the class, anyone arriving more than 5 minutes after the scheduled start time will not be admitted.

We recommend arriving 5-15 minutes early to park, arrive to the studio and set up for class.

All booking and cancellations are handled through our online booking system. Creating an account is required to book.

You can cancel class through our booking system, momence either on the app or via web.

You can book and manage your account through the Momence mobile app. Simply create an account with Lume first, then download the momence app and log in.

If you refer a friend who purchases a membership, you’ll receive a $50 account credit once the purchase is confirmed. After your friend signs up, please email us so we can apply your referral credit.
